Junior League 2022

Leadbetter Kids Spring League

The league is open to boys/girls ages 9 to 17. You must have your own clubs and not be a true beginner.

Practice/Qualification is on April 30 from 4:00 pm – 5:30 pm, this will be at the Leadbetter Golf Academy Black Bear Facility. While players are practicing with an LGA staff member, there will be a parent meeting with Mary Beth Kohberger.

Matches will run for six weeks from May 14 – June 25, 2022. Players should arrive at 4:00 pm. There will be 6 matches and schedule is listed below: May 14 May 21 May 28 June 4 June 11 June 25, no match June 18.

1/2 hour private lesson with LGA’s Director of Juniors and Leadbetter Kids Certified Instructor, Mary Beth Kohberger. Students are required to take this lesson before May 1, 2022.

Players will receive team apparel, a ball marker, golf balls and tees.

Early Registration (Before 4/1) Cost | $299 - A deposit of $139 is due at time of registration and the remaining $160 will be paid in cash only at the first practice.

Last Minute (4/1 onwards) Cost | $329 - A deposit of $139 is due at time of registration and the remaining $190 will be paid in cash only at the first practice.

Ladies League

Thursday 4/28/2022 - League Kickoff Event @ The Leadbetter Academy at Black Bear 5:00pm - 6:30pm. FREE Refresher clinic.

The league will run every Thursday from 5/12 thru 9/15/22 at Black Bear Golf Course in Franklin, NJ. Tee off is 5:30 pm, but please get there early to get ready and pay your weekly fees of $24 at the club house. This fee includes your golf cart and prizes.

In order to join this league, you must have been a student of Mary Beth Kohberger within the last 2 years. If you have not been a student, please call the office to schedule a 45-minute evaluation private golf lesson with Mary Beth at your convenience, prior to the start of the league. The cost of this lesson is $79.

League Registration fee for this year is $90 and is payable upon registration. With this fee you are entitled to a FREE clinic on Thursday 4/28, 20% off a private lesson and/or 10% off any clinic with Mary Beth Kohberger.
